The American Association for Russian Language, Culture and Education (AARCE) is publishing a government-sponsored official reference book of organizations representing Russian education and culture. The Russian government has agreed to purchase thousands of copies of this book and the American government also plans to make use of this book. However, it is the community itself that needs this book the most.
As far as we know, this is the first attempt to introduce a very diverse group of Russian-speaking population of the U.S. representing rich cultural heritage and intellectual potential in one publication.
The book is divided into sections on the subjects of education, culture, arts, community, science, and official institutions and government programs. Annual events devoted to the above mentioned areas are also listed.

Most of the organizations would like other people of the community to know about their mission, projects and plans. We invite every organization to take advantage of this FREE advertising and help you spread the word about your achievements. All we ask is to purchase at least one book at a discounted price of $35.99 (reg. 39.99) plus shipping that will arrive in December of this year.
