The American Association of Russian Language, Culture and Education (AARCE) is an independent, public organization based in Washington, DC that represents the Russian-speaking community of the United States of America. AARCE conducts a variety of programs to assist Russian-speaking people in the USA in order to provide them a means of personal growth, development of business opportunities, community involvement and a communication vehicle to enable cooperation of these peoples.

The 3.5 million Russian-speaking Americans are beginning to realize that they represent the second largest foreign-born ethnic community in the US, and that they deserve recognition.

AARCE has emerged as the response to this large and potentially powerful American Russian-speaking community desire to be united and to have one organization representing their interests.

Mission
AARCE as an organization has emerged as the response to the American Russian-speaking community desire to be united and to have one organization representing its interests while being located in the center of the US political establishment such as Washington, DC. AARCE’s mission is to support and promote the development of Russian culture and language in the US and to assist the large American Russian Community to substantiate its status as one of the united and powerful ethnic communities in the US. AARCE’s goal is to bring together and connect all non-profit organizations in the US representing and serving the American Russian-speaking community in the areas of culture, education, arts, sports, community and youth issues, to combining their resources and to provide organizational, informational and grant support to sustain their work and activities.

AARCE will link all non-profit organizations in the US that represent and serve the American Russian-speaking community in the areas of culture, education, arts, sports, community issues, and youth issues. AARCE will combine resources and provide organizational, informational and grant support to sustain their activities. AARCE is committed to provide organizational, informational and grant support to the currently fragmented US-based organizations that are devoted to the development of Russian culture in the US and worldwide.

A critical step in fulfilling the mission of AARCE is to identify and unify the fragmented, though large, Russian-speaking Americans to enable the combining of their resources and strengths to bring together all non-profit organizations in the US that represent and serve the American Russian-speaking community.

Working together as a force multiplier, a series of programs will be developed in the areas that are considered to be fundamental to the mission.
