Фестиваль "Дни Российской культуры"
Festival “Russian Cultural Days” consisted of the Russian-language Teachers’ Conference, Art Exhibition, Jazz Performance and the International Game “What? Where? When?” This event was organized with the “Creative Art Studio”, the Russian Cultural Center in Washington, D.C and with the support of the Moscow Government and the Moscow Department of International Relations.

Молодежный фестиваль "Российский рок в Америке"
Youth Festival “Russian Rock in America” was a part of the Second Annual Russian Music Festival in Washington, DC. Modern American and Russian rock musicians’ performances included famous Yulia Chicherina, “Natisk”. This event was organized together with To4ka.ru with the support of the Moscow Government and the Moscow Department of International Relations and in association with the Russian Cultural Center in Washington, DC.

First Youth Sports Festival of Russian-speakers Living Abroad. AARCE was one of the main organizers of the USA team of 25 teenagers from different states for participation in the sporting competition among 24 countries.

Российско-американский форум
Russian American Forum. This event was the first official meeting of representatives of several Russian-speaking communities in the U.S. It convened at the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Washington, D.C. AARCE was one of the main organizers, with its representatives serving as Moderators at the Roundtable Discussions of “Economic Cooperation” and “Sports Projects”.

International Week 2005 – This was a joint initiative of the U.S. Departments of State and Education, designed to renew interest in the study of foreign issues and cultures by providing students with opportunities to broaden their knowledge of the world. Schools and community meetings and talks with students about Russian culture highlighted the event.

First International Conference “Russian Language Preservation and Culture Development in the U.S.” This conference was comprised of over 300 participants from twelve American states, Russia, France and Germany. The main issues discussed were: Russian Language in Cross-Cultural Families; Russian-language Media in US; and Administrative Issues in Maintaining a Non-profit Organization in the United States.
